Job Summary The Team Leader, Projects assists management with daily manpower planning, scheduling, and meeting production requirements. The position is responsible for accurately maintaining inventory. This role also communicates with employees and management on the performance status of the areas.

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete. Purges files to eliminate duplication of data. Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data. Secures information by completing data base backups. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key Skills: Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately. Analytical thinker and problem solver. Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software. High level of accuracy. Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others. Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
