EA Personnel Responsibilities: To handle end to end sales To handle customers enquiries in a friendly and professional manner To understand employer’s requirements To match customer's requirements with helper's profiles To arrange and conduct interviews between the employers and helpers To prepare all necessary documents required for deployment To provide after-sales follow-up and service EA Personnel : Must have experience with a Maid Agency Must have CEI – Certificate of Employment Intermediaries Strong sales ability, communication and interpersonal skills Able to handle all FDW and employer matters independently Singaporean/PR/Malaysian only
