We currently have 3 shop units for local business owners with a monthly rental of 10,000 pesos each, there is a 5 year contract for each shop. We are planning to build 20 Condo Units in Hardiflex for foreigners and tourists, each unit will be 25 SQM have 2 BR and cost 15,000 pesos each in monthly rental.
