About the Role Frontier is looking for a brilliant and ambitious (fully remote) Operations Associate with exceptional communication skills to support our Customer Success function and contribute to account expansion and retention. This individual will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, operations and marketing to ensure we delight our customers every. single. day. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Leading client campaign delivery and ensuring superior execution - Collaborating with the Engineering and Product team to set up campaigns - Partnering with Product and Operations to build scalable processes around campaign delivery - Coordinating involvement of third-party vendors, where necessary The ideal candidate - You’re extremely ambitious, self-motivated and capable of solving complex problems independently with clear constraints under time pressure - You can translate unstructured problems into clear requirements - You have some knowledge of SQL - You’re looking to join an early stage company and willing to put in the hours - You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
