F&B Full-time (Chef/ Dishwasher/ Service Crew/ Manager/ Supervisor)

Job Description: As a F&B Full-Timer, you will have the flexibility of selecting various F&B companies to work for full-time, from eateries to restaurants with wide culinary options. Our job positions are but not limited to the following: - Kitchen Crew - Commis - CDP (Chef de Partie) - Assistant Cook - Bar Supervisor/Bartender - Sous Chef - Dishwasher - Service Crew - Manager/Supervisor Job Responsibilities: (Kindly note the job responsibilities below depends on the job that you have selected with our wide selection of restaurants we work with. ) • Delivering an exceptional service to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction • Prepare and present dishes according to restaurant’s recipe or standard operating procedure • Assist to ensure prompt food service during service time • Assist in monitoring the operations and ensure smooth flow from order to serving. • Ensures dishes required are prepared according to daily lunch, dinner orders or buffet • Ensure cleanliness of work stations, storage area and its equipment with high standards of hygiene • Assists in ensuring minimal wastage • Ensure proper storage of all food items and equipment • Assists in conducting daily stocktake and ensures food items are ordered as required in the daily and weekly market lists • Assists to check and follow up on repair and maintenance work orders • Assists in the market list and handling of stock inventory control • Assists in conducting daily stocktake and ensuring food items are ordered as required daily or weekly • Assists in other administrative work or other responsibilities assigned when required • Project professionalism and good image for the brand of the eatery • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members Job Requirements and Other Job Details: • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents only. • Good understanding of ingredients, nutrition, food regulation, quality, food safety and HACCP • Food Hygiene/HACCP Certified (only for cooking roles) • Working hours: 5, 5.5 and 6 hours work days are available • Location: Various locations around the Island.
