I started my career soon after completing the certificate level F&B course in Ceylon hotel school in 2006. Then joined Hilton Colombo after Hilton Residence as a trainee steward.
For further Education I moved to London in 2009, Completed Bachelor of Business Administration while studying worked as a Barman at The Raven pub in London and then joined Hotel Rafayel (5 star property) in the opening as a Management Trainee, to set up the restaurant , trained to full fill the Fine Dining and the Hotel Experience at “ Rafayel one of the best Hotel and Restaurants (Banyan on the Thames) in Battersea, London until 2013.
Left London and joined “Ella Mount Heaven Hotel” a high tourist point in “Ella” Srilanka as Resident Manager 2014, overlooking 48 Room hotel , includes a Banquet Hall and a Restaurant. In 2016 I joined Paradise Road The Gallery Café as a Assistant Restaurant Manager one of the Most Tourist Visited restaurants in Srilanka. while I'm working at Gallery Cafe I started my Masters Studies in tourism and hotel management at Colombo University. Overall I have worked in Best Hotels and Fine dining restaurants in Srilanka and London
