We are looking for someone with passion and interest in WordPress, social media and is curious about how the digital marketing world works. If you want to put your knowledge into practical use, we are looking for people who want to join us at Fyreflyz! We are looking for someone with experience and background in: WordPress (plugins, theme customizations, shortcodes, etc.) SEO HTML / CSS UI / UX design Website development Any other relevant technical skills Bonus: Design softwares like Photoshop or equivalent Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Assist in developing new strategies to increase online visibility for client websites Assist our team with designing, updating and managing several dynamic websites Support the strategic creation of content to support the individual needs of our clients, where necessary Requirements: Fluent and good written English, and good communication skills Attention to detail, committed and self-motivated Able to work in a team and independently Strong understanding of WordPress (plugins, theme customizations, shortcodes, etc.) Strong understanding of SEO concepts and strategies Strong understanding of web design and development Must be able to think logically Have initiative in using plug-ins and tools With your favourite 00s music playing in the background, grab a snack, drink or take a short nap in our staff hangout area. Our fun and growing marketing team is looking for an administrative officer who can work with us to make a real difference. Job Category: Accounting / Auditing / Taxation / Admin / Secretarial Responsibilities: (including, but not limited to): Basic bookkeeping, payroll, petty cash, calculation of P&L, cheque issuance and finance reporting Managing, tracking, accounting, and controlling reimbursements, claims, fees and payments where necessary. Upkeep maintenance contract management and renewal schedules Answering and attending to calls, faxes, emails, bookings Assist in preparation and execution of meetings (minutes, print documents, research on clients etc) Schedule and coordinate appointments with Google Calendar for management Exposure to client side administrative work such as supporting sales, invoicing, scheduling, preparation of meetings, and other business administrative work as required Liaising with various professional and international stakeholders Liaising with external suppliers, receiving quotes for services and negotiating prices Other ad-hoc duties when required Requirements: Min 2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting/any relevant Business Studies Experience in MYOB Software Experience in Accounting Excellent Microsoft Office Skills Tech Savvy with ability to work independently Fluent and good written English with good communication skills Ability to write professional emails for liaison with vendors, suppliers and clients With your favourite 00s music playing in the background, grab a snack, drink or take a short nap in our staff hangout area.
