Kenneth practices in the areas of intellectual property, domain name disputes, valuation of company & IP assets, cross-border agreements and employment advisory. He has extensive experience in IP registration and prosecution representing both domestic and foreign clients. He is a registered Patents, Trademarks, Copyright and Industrial Designs Agent in Malaysia. He regularly conducts IP Enforcement and Anton Piller Order actions and provides internal training with the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs ('KPDNHEP') in Malaysia. He also conducts annual lectures with local universities and startups on various related topics. Kenneth holds an LL.B (Hons) and LL.M, Master of Laws with Distinction (First Class) in Commercial Law from the United Kingdom. Subsequently, he was admitted as a Barrister-At-Law from Lincoln’s Inn, London in 2008 and as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2010. In 2015, he obtained a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration with Credit from the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MiArb).
