About Lovishniakri Sekaran
In my role as an Undergraduate Staff at the Women of Color Leadership Network (WOCLN), I have administrative experience as I organized events & projects, managed their social media, and drafted emails & documents. Additionally, my work with the Freedom Cafe, a non-profit coffee shop committed to ending human trafficking by building vocational centers and educating consumers provided me with unparalleled self-management and leadership skills as I led the Educational Development Team. I also developed and helped implement a micro-financing program for survivors of human trafficking in India through the Freedom Cafe. The program empowers them to take ownership of their livelihood and pay it forward for other survivors participating in the micro-financing program. Furthermore, I have experience in Legal Research as I was part of a Legal Research Study with two professors during my senior semester.
