About Jacquelyn Nalo
I'm a 2 year veteran in Payments department and 10 years as Quality assurance coach. My roles include evaluating, recording and monitoring of agent's scores. I coach and impart best practices to agents so they can improve their skills. Prior to that, I've handled calls for 3 years in a Bpo company. I was part of a hotel reservation and booking site and was a customer service agent for McAfee as well.
