Founded in early 2018, RELX Technology (pronounced 'relax'​) is a technology company engaged in the development, design, and sale of e-cigarettes around the world. Aimed at displacing traditional cigarette consumption, RELX was created to serve the needs of smokers around the world in need of better alternatives.

Key investors include Sequoia Capital, Hike Capital, Source Code Capital and IDG Capital, with the company's own founding team having worked at top consumer electronics, FMCG, and Internet companies such as Procter & Gamble, L'Oreal, Unilever, Huawei, Oppo, and Mercedes-Benz, as well as consulting firms such as Bain & Company and Roland Berger.
