Job Specification/Vacancy Announcement– ELEVATE Lead Development Representative (LDR) - Customer Demand Generation Who we are The Demand Generation team is at the forefront of ELEVATE’s vision for helping companies sell more. We deliver to our Fortune Top 1000 Customers an outsourced, outbound lead generation function that ensures they meet their objectives every time. What you will do Based in Australia (home based), the ELEVATE Lead Development Representative will report to the delivery project manager. Singapore would be the other acceptable home location as long as the candidate is able to work Australian business hours. The selected candidate is responsible for identifying correct decision makers and securing highly qualified meetings over the telephone with C-Level Executives at the world’s largest and most prestigious companies. This individual will provide a crucial link to connect with prospects, build rapport, gather information and identify opportunities that meet the minimum qualification criteria for our customer sales teams. You will work closely with multiple project program managers to execute personalized telephone and email outreach, on a range of highly complicated and cutting-edge solution & products This role requires a passion to continually demonstrate the ability to exceed expectations & deliver above average results for our customers in many diverse industries, targeting different decision maker roles (c-level and below) all within incredibly short timescales. Key Responsibilities  Secure highly qualified appointments with senior decision makers for our customer sales teams  Identify & gather information on qualified prospects & navigate company structures to connect with decision makers  Target and develop new business relationships through telephone calls & email follow up  Effectively learn & communicate our customers value propositions  Conduct and lead intelligent conversations to gather information & develop trust with decision makers and influencers  Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects & their assistants  Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communication & feedback  Rapidly identify & communicate trends & opportunities from information gathered  Demonstrate an understanding of the technology and business environment and staying educated  Execute lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives  Work collaboratively in both a team environment and independently. Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely hourly/daily activity reports  Adhere to correct time allocation to projects & ensure accuracy of timesheets  Constantly deliver and achieve key performance requirements for each project Who you are You are a highly skilled & charming sales and marketing professional, that has experience in driving outbound telephone appointment setting programs in a highly professional B2B industry. You are part entrepreneur, part executer. You have led the charge in communicating stories around products or services that are exciting and enticing to customers in both verbal and written forms. Aside from being a master communicator, you are passionate about gaining knowledge in numerous business areas, then utilizing different approaches and technologies to achieve the business results. You interact with all levels of a company structure easily and can influence across the board.  Empathetic, supportive, encouraging and nurturing disposition  Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective conversation style  Hunger for knowledge & learning of new products, services & business  Quick witted professionalism to overcoming objections & understand technical and non-technical subject matter  A 'can-do', flexible and proactive approach to resolving problems and demands  Excellent organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail, accuracy and accountability  Energy and passion for delivering results in a metric-driven environment  Strong relationship building skills and a commitment to customer service is required.  Strong organization and time management skills are critical.  Strong logic & analytical approach to solving challenges You will have held prior roles & have experience in:  A fast paced B2B environment targeting large corporations  The ability to rapidly understand customer objectives and value propositions  Providing data driven metrics to ensure project success  Understanding of different approaches between Account Based Marketing, Inbound & Outbound programs  Implementing strategies for gathering accurate account & contact data for targeting key decision makers  Communicating using personalized emails that increase conversion rates and address the target’s pain points  Utilization of best in class calling guides to structure conversations with decision makers  Entering data into a CRM & Marketing Automation systems – Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua in a consistent & structured format  Working with a multi-disciplined team in a rapidly changing environment Who you will work with Our team works with the world’s most prestigious and forward-thinking companies to help them sell more!
