Sakshi Nayyar

Experienced Dance Teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the performing arts industry. I have been working as a dance teacher and performer for the past 6 years. In my current role, I am working as a dance facilitator with Step By Step School, Noida, where I handle classes from VI-XII. We created different choreographies with children for various events. I have always believed in learner-centered, process oriented, collaborative, creative and skill based learning experience. I also worked towards building dance curriculum for middle school.
I have been trained in Kathak for 10 years and completed my Diploma (Hons) in Kathak from Kathak Kendra, National Institute of kathak, New Delhi, India. Also I have learnt and taught various folk dances of India. Along with that I have undergone training in Jazz and have been exploring creative dancing with my students. Strong education professional with a Computer Science (Hons) focused in Computer Science from Hansraj College, Delhi University.
