The Opportunity: Join us at Lalamove Singapore, one of the fastest growing intra-city delivery platforms in Asia. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Operations Associate who can work well under pressure and has great communication skills. Ideal candidate should not be afraid to try new things and get ready to make history together with the rest of the Ops team at Lalamove Singapore. You will oversee scheduling and training the drivers and will need to take full ownership of a crucial component of our business. This role suits someone who is positive, outgoing and customer-oriented. To succeed, you must be passionate about our business. What we seek: - Make outbound calls to drivers who expressed interest in joining Lalamove through various channels - Handle walk-in driver's requests. Update details in our system, perform driver account topups, remove drivers from our database - Take calls from drivers interested in joining the platform and guide them through the process - Work with the Operations team on improving driver performance - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management What you'll need: - Minimum of Diploma/Fresh Graduate preferred - Singaporeans Only - 0-2 years of customer service related and administrative experience - Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints - Ability to perform operational duties and team project responsibilities - Proficient in MS office application, in particular MS Excel - Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a changing environment, multitask, and is a self-starter - Able to communicate in English Additionally: -5.5 working days (you would be required to work alternative Saturday)

Currently, we are building a strong in-house data driven marketing team here in Singapore to spearhead our local marketing efforts, for Singapore as well as for Kuala Lumpur. As a Digital Marketing Manager, your key objective would be to drive User Acquisition growth for our Singapore and Kuala Lumpur market. In this role, you’ll be asked to not only build the biggest fleet in Singapore, but also the best. You will have to know everything about what it means to be a delivery driver and learn the tricks of the trade. You will both be a driver advocate, but all charged with holding them accountable for the level of service they provide. To succeed, you will lead by example and solve any issues that come up.
