Compile and regularly report appropriate Risk Metrics (e.g., incidents, outages, etc.) to the governance forum, in order for adequate supervision and oversight to be discharged. Risk Advisory: Provide advisory to leaders within Pops where it relates to new activities and programs as well as, new/ change in processes and policies, from a risk perspective. Risk Mitigation: Conduct periodic risk reviews of key processes within Pops to ensure that controls are adequately designed and implemented, and recommend remediation actions for gaps identified (including capturing higher risks self-identified Issues in the Issues Management Framework). Risk Remediation: Provide support in the remediation of key incidents, and ensure that the proposed remediation actions adequately address the control gaps that led to these incidents. Statutory compliance: • Compile a calendar and framework for all Pops related statutory compliance in all our countries • Work with internal stakeholders to track and ensure compliance with local laws and practices within all our entities and countries.
