Key Responsibilities-
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (Receipts, invoicing, payables and other transactions)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, closure reports, P&L, budgeting, forecasts etc.
- Solid understanding of payroll management
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Act as a bridge between Auditors and management
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements like GST, TDS, PF etc. GST Monthly filing, Annual filing, Export of services compliances
- Handle Income Tax Assessment with Statutory Auditors
- Should be able to help management with any future financing rounds
- Manage external CS & auditors effectively
- Knows how to manage a team of 5-6 people.
Key Qualifications & Pre-requisites-
- CA with >4 years of Post Qualification experience in accounting/finance (preferably rank holder, having worked at a big firm)
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Ability to lead a team and work directly with the company's senior management and investors
