Users spend 15 minutes a day learning new concepts from Hollywood speech coaches, and then practice by recording their voice and receiving instant feedback on their accent.
🧑🎨👨💻 Role
As a product designer at BoldVoice, you will be designing features end to end, from concept to wireframe to polished design. You will work hand in hand with the CEO and engineering team to turn user insights into features in the hands of our users.
😀 Who you are
- You are a talented UX/UI designer with experience in mobile consumer apps
- You are passionate about gamification and building fun and rewarding user experiences
- You sweat the details, and fight for what will drive the best experience for our users
- You can build deep user empathy and believe in our mission to help everyone speak English confidently
- You have an ownership mindset, and truly care about driving results for the users and the company
- You are able to ship quickly, balancing your perfectionism with the quick turnaround time of early-stage, fast-moving startups
✨ Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- You’ve worked on consumer apps -- bonus points if in the learning space or if it included gamification
- You’ve worked at a small fast-paced startup
- Ideally, you’re based in New York and can join us in person in our West Village office (at least part-time)
