Mindmesh reinvents the personal and project workspace through an innovative interface that centralizes all actionables from notes, tasks and calendars, tightly knit with existing company tools (Slack, GMail, Calendar, Jira, Drive etc).
The founders both have strong product senses and place product and the user above all in their decisions. The CEO (MIT) is a repeat-entrepreneur (Google acqui-hired) and former Google PM, and the CTO (Polytechnique + U of Cambridge) has extensive SaaS experience, including as first 20 hire at a tech unicorn.

The role
We are now looking for an exceptional individual to further our Product and UX direction, give it structure and bring it to the next stage while the team keeps growing.
We have built the foundations for an amazing product which users already use on their daily job, you'll be side to side with us as a cornerstone in making it loved by teams worldwide.
You'll be employee number 5 (+2 founders).
Responsibilities
Really anything Product and Design related at the early stage of a startup. Interviewing existing and prospective users, investigating user journeys and UX, building mocks, writing specs, digging into analytics, and managing the roadmap in tandem with the engineering team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is either a PM with strong UX skills, or a full-stack UX designer who has a strong product sense and extensive experience doing user research. You should have:
A solid experience with either Product Management or UX design
- An extensive experience with user interviews and working with user feedback
- The ability to rapidly produce wireframes
- A good understanding of how to analyse user tracking data and monitor critical metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you have a proactive attitude, enjoy freedom and autonomy and act as an owner
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
