About the role
We are seeking an experienced user researcher / user experience designer to help understand user needs and improve product experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user research and possess strong research skills.
About you
- Minimum 4 years of work experience (we can be flexible here)
- Conducting research to formulate ideas or support problem hypotheses
- Have strong analytical abilities
- Have strong competencies in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Dovetail
- Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about user needs
- Creating satisfying and compelling experiences for users of a product
(Nice to have)
- Have good visual and UI design skillsets
- Flexibility and ability to work after hours
