The job
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (full-time, remote work possible) who brings our product and brand to the next level:
- Enhance the user experience and design the UI of our browser extension
- Keep track of usage metrics and identify customer needs through data analysis and user interviews
- Specify development tasks through user flows and designs
- Work with developers and QA to ensure proper implementation
- Develop new feature ideas and follow the latest market trends
- Drive overall corporate design and branding
- Continuously improve website (based on Webflow) and marketing materials
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience with UI & UX design, incl. methods of user research and designing user flows and wireframes
- Proficiency in Figma, or comparable tools
- Knowledge of data analysis and A/B tests
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Team player who likes to work with many different parties
- Excited personality who proactively wants to drive the product forward
- Ability to crack a joke (in Swiss German or any language of choice)
