What we are looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Writer to lead documentation projects. This first technical writer will not just transcribe tech talks. They strive to produce use case-based documents, video tutorials, product walkthroughs aimed at consumption by both developers and non technical end users.
Key job Responsibilities:

Content creation for technical documentation

Producing product overviews for a non-technical audience

Producing developer facing integration guides

Producing Onboarding guides
Basic Qualifications:

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of technical terminology

Ability to communicate technical instructions to a non-technical audience

Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques.

Strong project management skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to plan strategically

As of 11/27/2022, if we hire you in San Francisco, your base salary would fall within the bands below. Please keep in mind that the equity portion of your offer is not included in these numbers and represents a significant part of your total compensation.
