The Role:
We're looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to ensure our top customers' systems connect with Deed seamlessly as they go live. This founding member of our Technical Solutions Engineering function will work in a pre-sale, onboarding, and post-sale technical support capacity and will be responsible for building the processes, tools, and playbooks for the organization.
Job requirements:
You will:
- Develop deep understanding of Deed's technology stack so as to ensure proposed solutions address our customers' needs
- Build trust and partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, and lead engagements to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Lead as the key technical contact for our customers and partners as they onboard with Deed
- Work with engineering + product to highlight any product improvements based on customer insights
- Provide ongoing solutions consulting to existing Deed customers
- Create the foundation for a successful solutions engineering team!
You Have:
- experience in solutions engineering or sales engineering
- Experience working with React.JS, Node.JS, MongoDB, AWS
- Computer science background or other technical/quantitative orientation
- Prior startup experience is a plus
Interview Process:
Our goal is to complete your interview process in under 3 weeks; however, we are happy to move at your pace.
After the initial phone screen, we would like you to meet with the Engineering Team and Founders and test your technical knowledge. Steps in the process may change depending on the availability of the candidate/hiring team and actual needs.
