Technical Project Manager (part-time/freelance)

We're looking for a part-time/freelance Technical Project Manager who can commit between 5-20 hours per week for at least 8-12 weeks. This person will play a critical role in helping us organize information and ship product under tight deadlines. This person will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities include:

• Take product requirements and translate them into technical specs, user stories, and tasks.
• Create cards and tasks in our project management software
• Organize work in a clear and logical manner according to chosen project management methodology
• Act as a connector between engineering and product
• Lead sync/check-in meetings
• Assist the in the process of unblocking tasks, cutting or adding scope when tight deadlines need to be hit.
• Develop accountability metrics/reports.

Desired skills/background include:

• Expert in Agile/SCRUM
• Written and spoken English fluency
• Clear communicator
• Analytical with high attention to detail
• Prior engineering experience or strong experience working with engineers a big plus
• Ability to translate product requirements into specs, user stories and granular tasks.
• Project management experience in a fast-moving organization
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system a big plus!
