About the Role
As our Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for Duffl’s product end-to-end, working alongside the CEO to set the longterm vision, strategy, and roadmap for our tech stack. Your role includes working with a UI/UX designer, full-stack engineer, and iOS engineer to execute our product roadmap -- Everything from ticket grooming, cycle planning, design ideation, to code reviews. You will be responsible for optimizing both the customer and employee experience from a technology perspective. The ideal candidate is someone who is well-versed in data and can create a data-driven culture through the company. We are looking for a rising star who isn't afraid to exceed expectations and is passionate about our mission to empower students to better serve each other!
About the Work
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Use data to drive product decisions that maximizes revenue growth.
- Help manage towards aggressive yet realistic OKRs for design/engineering teams that drive results.
- Analyze customer journey funnels and identify new opportunities to increase conversion rates.
- Prioritize tech features based on a concrete data-driven framework.
- Lead weekly sprints to hit metrics, iterating on past successes and failures quickly.
- Lead data analysis training for rest of the company.
- Assist with Ad Hoc data analysis requests.
- Foster a culture of data informed decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product experience at a consumer start-up.
- Advanced Data Analysis (SQL & Python).
- Experience working with engineers to spec tickets and determine tradeoffs.
