Anakin is building a fully automated pricing engine for large eCommerce companies such as Flipkart, Walmart, and Uber. We do that by collecting data and generating actionable insights. Our pricing engine automatically changes the prices of hundreds of millions of products across 15+ countries in real-time.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with technical recruiters to discuss requisitions, and hiring strategy
- Collaborate with recruiters to execute on creative sourcing (X-Ray searches, social media, cold calling, company mapping, etc.)
- Manage pipeline of candidates, both immediate and long term leads
- Work on the niche positions
- Sell candidates on opportunities and various roles at Anakin
- Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managers
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional experience in hiring and building a long-term and high-growth team
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in South East Asia and India
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in hiring the founding team in a startup
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Understanding of software engineering
- Strong project management experience, working across multiple business groups
- Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines
- Must have an aversion to politics and BS. Should let his/her work speak for him/her.
- Must be comfortable with uncertainty. In almost all the cases, your job will be to figure it out.
- Must not be bounded to comfort zone. Often, you will need to challenge yourself to go above and beyond.
