About the Role:
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will help the Learning and Stepful for Business teams align programs with healthcare system needs. This is fully remote, contract position with an expected commitment of 5-10 hours per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Learning team in setting the vision and strategy for the Stepful learning offering
- Contribute to the Stepful content roadmap based on a deep understanding of business objectives and industry demand
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry talent needs
- Attend regular meetings with Stepful for Business partner employers

- You have experience working as a physician or nurse at a top healthcare system
- You have experience teaching healthcare programs (preferred)
- You have strong relationships across the academic and industry community (preferred)
- You are passionate about training the next generation of healthcare professionals
