As a Staff Engineer, you will help make our product and our team better. You will ensure every feature we implement is well thought out with performance, scalability and reliability in mind. You will make sure best practices are followed and technical debts are paid off. You will guide and mentor engineers to make everyone around you better. You will focus on making the engineering team more efficient, more focused and overall a great team to be a part of. Finally, you are expected to be a hands-on architect where you will allocate a meaningful portion of your time to implementation.

Must-Have Qualifications:
You have architected, developed and deployed large-scale, distributed and mission critical systems.
You are an expert in Kotlin, Java or C# and are fluent in design patterns.
You know how to design and implement robust, resilient and mission critical systems.
You have some experience with deployment, monitoring and scaling in the cloud.
You have a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms.
