Solutions Engineer

Authzed builds a permissions focused database to bring cohesive, fast, scalable permissions decisions to the world. With Authzed Enterprise and Authzed Dedicated, we provide that experience for on-premises and isolated cloud environments for individual customers. We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to own and polish the POC, onboarding, and day-two experiences for high revenue customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer adoption relationship from pre-sales to delivery
• Partner with product team to drive customer-relevant improvements
• Champion solution within the customers to maximize value and drive further adoption
• Help define and grow the customer facing strategy and processes for scale

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics) or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working with software developer customers
• Hands on experience deploying infrastructure products on Kubernetes
• Broad knowledge of infrastructure solution space
