We are looking for a Product Specialist / Professional Services teammate we can count on to:
Work alongside Product, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver outsized value to our customers
Build our professional services and implementation function from scratch
Delight customers by leading change management within the HR function
Be an owner in building Searchlight’s business, from growing customers to building the best product
Relevant Experience:
You’ve managed technical/non-technical stakeholders to successfully implement complex programs and implementations
Demonstrated strong collaboration ability with Go to Market and Product teams to drive sales and scope projects
High technical acumen and ability to customize product solutions to deliver against a business need
Nice to have: Direct, relevant experience owning Professional Service projects from end-to-end at B2B SaaS companies with 1000+ employees
Success Profile:

Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and judgment
Conscientious collaborator eager to delight customers
Can thrive in ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
Able to be a technical subject matter expert
In Month 1 you’ll:
Become Searchlight product certified
Build v1 of Searchlight's Implementation Playbook while shadowing current implementations
Partner closely with CEO, VP Sales, CTO, and Head of Product
In Month 3 you’ll:
Be leading implementations on your own, from pre-sales to post-sales
Be an expert on Searchlight’s product, customers, and market
Be a trusted advisor to the executive team

$170,000-$190,000 annual base salary with significant equity
401(k), Unlimited PTO, Health & Wellness stipend, Remote Office stipend, 15 paid holidays, Searchlight is closed between Christmas and New Years
