Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced software engineering leader who is excited to hire, nurture, and run a high-performing engineering team that will build the definitive product in the data observability space.

Responsibilities

• Manage, hire and nurture a high-performance engineering team

• Own planning process, timelines, and facilitate clear communication across the team

• Establish and enforce development lifecycle (dev, testing, CI, code reviews etc.)

• Work across the stack to support existing product and develop new features

Requirements

• Substantial full-stack development experience

• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React/Angular

• 7+ years of related industry experience

• Experience leading a software engineering team in a fast-paced environment

• Deep expertise in either frontend or backend
