Social Media Manager

Objective: Make sure Vendoo is present and engaging with users and prospects on all the relevant social media channels where our target market is located. This person would be in charge of creating a social media communications strategy across channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as engaging with the reselling community on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Reselling experience necessary Fluent English speaker Proven social media management experience Knowledge of social media KPIs Knowledge of industry trends Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Knowledge using messaging automation tools (Manychat) Comfortable being on camera and creating content

Responsibilities:

Increase Vendoo’s engagement and social media KPIs on a monthly basis Play the role of a brand ambassador and ensure our company is constantly engaged with the reselling community, strengthening current relationships and building new relationships. Create effective and creative strategies for our social media channels, especially TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and Facebook. Set, implement and manage separate social media communications (by platform) that align with Vendoo’s growth strategies, as well as create copies for these social media channels. Create adaptation strategies for up and coming industry trends and platforms. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner. Monitor online reviews and report feedback to our growth team. Generate weekly and monthly reports of KPIs related to social media and take action on these metrics. Support the growth team on the execution of different strategies to ensure the team meets their weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. Stay up to date with everything happening around the reselling community, including news and updates, and ensuring this information is efficiently shared across our communication channels. Create strategies that allow Vendoo to target different niches of resellers through content creation and strategies.
