We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the output, production, management, and conversion of our social media content across all channels. Your primary focus will be on driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and attributing content to sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to maximize brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments, and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Leverage analytics and tracking tools to measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum impact.
Utilize growth hacking techniques, viral loops, and meme-based strategies to drive organic growth, increase follower base, and enhance user engagement.
Develop and execute innovative ideas to generate viral content and attract a broader audience.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media content, track metrics, and provide regular reports to management, demonstrating the impact of social media efforts on business growth.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and provide recommendations for incorporating new features or channels into the content strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and coordinating social media content production and output across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their unique characteristics, and best practices for content optimization.
Track record of growing social media following and driving engagement through effective strategies and tactics.
Familiarity with growth hacking techniques, viral loops, and meme-based marketing.
Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from social media data and metrics.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on attributing social media efforts to sales and business growth.
