SI Alliances Manager (France)

About the Role:
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a SI Alliances Manager to join the Alliances team in France. The Alliances team is instrumental to the growth at Fivetran and how we as a company as a whole go to market. As a SI Alliance Manager you will be responsible for the joint sales and opportunity plays with our SI partners and creating continuity, alignment and motion for both Fivetran sellers and our partner sellers.. You will be responsible for driving growth and fostering relationships with the SI teams, enabling them to position the Fivetran product to their prospects and customers. You will align the Fivetran Sales, Product, Marketing, and Alliances teams with our focus partners by driving top of funnel co-marketing and coordinating the Fivetran field sales team to drive revenue alongside our partners.
As a SI Alliances Manager at Fivetran, you will:
- Actively recruit, on-board, and activate alliances with System Integrators, Consultants, and Resellers in across France
- Measure success and adapt to the needs of our mutual customers by conducting and leading quarterly business reviews with all of our partners
- Work closely with marketing and sales to plan and execute regional events with our SI Partners
- Regularly train partners on our technology and enable them to be knowledgeable about our product and our partner ecosystem
- Develop best practices to engage with partners, escalate issues and set expectations with partners on working with Fivetran
- You will build a plan that delivers on KPIs
- Measure and report on the success of assigned/recruited SI partners
- Be able to travel with up to 25% in some months.
