What You'll Do:
• Work with different team members, product members and business users to ideate, build, get data and iterate highly efficient web features
• Collaborate with other engineers in the team to discuss user interface ideas and applications as part of strengthening our systems and processes
• Meet with the development team Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identify web-based user interactions.
• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Troubleshoot interface software and debugging application codes.
• Lead frontend development of the web applications
• Aid in UI/UX design of web application.
• Integrate with and occasionally aid in building backend components.
About you:
• We're looking for experienced and passionate engineers to make an impact at Stayflexi by building, maintaining, and enhancing our web-based products.
• You should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.
• To ensure success you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications.
• Strong Javascript development skills, especially with React.
• Strong understanding of design/architectural patterns and core web technology.
• Strong UI/UX design skills.
• Experience with Restful APIs.
• Experience working on backend when necessary (Python/Jython, Django, Java etc.).
• Ability to write secure, testable, and efficient code.
• An understanding of basic performance optimization and scalability for web applications.
• 2+ years' experience in an engineering or development role.
• Practical thinker: understand how to optimize time effectively to balance creation of tech debt while shipping features as fast as possible.
