MISSION
You’ll be responsible for owning high impact candidate searches for the engineers, product and technical project management roles that power our business. You will also focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging with high caliber technical talent to build an evergreen pipeline. While your core focus will be managing the recruiting process, you will be continuously improving the candidate experience, internal systems and processes, and employer branding, and working closely with key leaders throughout Gordian.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of high-paced high bar recruiting experience
- Technical recruiting domain expertise
- Motivated by a fast-paced, high impact environment
- Proactive and comfortable operating amidst ambiguity
- Clear communicator with a bias to collaborate
