The Role

Moxion is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us inspire passionate, creative, and mission-driven humans to join our hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to name a few. Moxion is embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, which will see our headcount increase by over 10x in the next 6-12 months. This opportunity has major growth potential within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Managing the recruiting process from start-to-finish
• Developing / maintaining relationships with 3rd party recruiting and staffing agencies
• Ensuring the integrity of our recruiting process, by leveraging applicant tracking software and other cloud-based recruiting tools
• Exceptional communication skills
• Treating every candidate with respect
• Delivering timely feedback to candidates
• Providing regular status updates to management and department heads
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and HR related forecasts

Bonus points for

• Experience in automotive or energy related roles
• Strong technical background
