Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

At Bulk MRO (https://bulkmro.com/) we are looking to build a Ruby on Rails team from scratch. This team will be composed of 3 senior developers, and will report to the CTO (myself).

We're looking for engineers who can start immediately (in 2 weeks maximum) and have availability of 40 hours a week (as in, a full time capacity).

The skills we're looking for:

• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails
• Solid experience with Heroku
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis and ElasticSearch
• Experience writing unit tests and end to end tests
• Experience with frontend (as part of Ruby on Rails)
• Nice to have experience with cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Nice to have experience with PHP
• Experience working as part of an international scrum team

The job includes:

• Picking up an existing system that has ongoing production for a couple years
• Developing new features for this and new systems
• Be a core part of this international engineering team for the long term
