Your Opportunity

 HVR is looking for a technical leader in the HVR Engineering Team that will enable, develop and support both bulk and continuous change data capture streaming from SaaS/API sources such as Salesforce.com, Workday, Oracle, SAP, Marketo and others that will then be fed into the existing HVR pipeline and applied to modern cloud analytics destinations such as Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, Synapse, Redshift and more.

We are known throughout the Fortune 500 and top industry analysts such as Gartner for moving high volumes of data in real-time accurately and securely, so capturing data at scale will be imperative.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fast prototyper with high volume data movement using RESTful APIs.. Upon a successful delivery of an MVP product, you will have the opportunity to build a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class Enterprise Application Integration solutions, creating seamless and efficient access to data in 3rd party enterprise SaaS applications. 
• Responsible for building, capturing and integrating HVR’s product to and from SaaS connectors.
• Partner with engineers and product owners to define the existing interfaces and  to compare different SaaS solutions
• Responsible for migrating high volumes of data at scale
• Work on new projects to plugin SaaS connectors with a focus on the API while maintaining a focus on scalability and repeatability
• Work closely with product management to drive Connector Releases

What you’ll bring

• Self-starter. Drive to take ownership of projects and continuously research building multiple connectors.
• Independent – Ability to architect and code solutions on your own.
• Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions through excellent written and verbal skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger
• Knowledge GO programming language
• Experience with Workday
• Bonus:   Experience with Python is a plus
