We are looking for a full-time Senior Relationship Manager for the North America region to join the passionate Codingal team.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the retention, renewals and the referrals of the student
- Engage and preserve the existing customers and cultivate long-term relationships
- Interact with customers via calls and messages
- Document the queries of the parents and manage to solve them in time
- Maintain the feedback from the parents and ensure the proper action is taken in time
- Generate testimonials from the parents and students
- Delight customers by proactively resolving their issues
Required skills:
- Proficiency in English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
- Past experience in customer success or sales is preferred
- Customer satisfaction focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Quick query response and resolution.
- Competent time management skills
- Experience of 3+ years mandatory
Education:
• Graduates in IT & Computer Science are preferred
Salary: CTC of 12L-14L (6L-8L fixed + lucrative monthly incentives + stock options)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
*Please note that this is an in-person role, with no remote option available. Since this role requires serving the North America customers, office timings will be 10pm-8am IST with flexibility.
