One of our portfolio companies is having a tremendous year, and with a new round of funding in hand, they are driving their regional expansion and need a Senior Recruiter to join the team.
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment including selection and hiring process for talent across a range of functions
• Leverage your network to build a pipeline of top-tier candidates for the business
• Serve as a business partner to hiring managers within the business
• Provide relevant updates and feedback to candidates and ensure brand equity is protected
• Update internal and external job sites with vacancies
• Work with recruitment leadership and business leadership team to develop a results-driven recruiting strategy
Qualifications
• At least 5+ years of recruiting experience
• BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience
• Technology or Start-up experience
• Proactive and hustler mentality
• Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently
• The ability to partner with and influence business leaders and hiring as a talent advisor
