Role: Senior Recruiter - Non Tech

Responsibility: Work on mid to senior level non tech roles in functions such as marketing, strategy, finance, HR, sales etc End to end recruitment including sourcing, managing interview process, offer negotiation, offer, ensuring joining. Internal stakeholder (HRBP, HM, Interviewer) management

What we are looking for: 5+ yrs experience in recruitment, preferably startup hiring Highly motivated, result oriented with strong ownership Great market knowledge Should be strong in sourcing as well as stake holder management Can thrive in fast paced, demanding, sometimes ambiguous environment.
