Overview
1Flow is looking for a Senior QA Tester to join our remote team! The successful candidate will be responsible for writing test cases and conducting full end-to-end testing of our software-as-a-service product. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first hire in 1Flow's QA department and to contribute to the development of a world-class software product used by the fastest growing companies.
Responsibilities
- Write test cases given Product Design Document (PRDs) and visual designs in Figma for new features and bug fixes
- Conduct full end-to-end testing manually every time we release important software updates
- Document issues found in Notion project management tool and notify the right team member to fix
- Record Loom videos to walk through testing process and steps to reproduce for engineers to gain context and understand the issue
- Test APIs with edge cases and performance / load testing
- Test web application frontend browser performance and identify UI/UX issues
- Test mobile app performance and function calls
- Design and create sample data set used for testing
- Establish automation testing processes for most critical user flows and features
- Write unit tests and ensure new feature pass the test before deployed
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in fulltime QA testing
- 1+ years experience testing mobile apps
- Available 20 hours per week and complete assigned tasks daily, long-term commitment
- $5-10/hour rate, available for 20 hours per week every week during all weekdays
- Great written and verbal English communication
- Have experience with automation testing and end-to-end testing
- Write thorough test cases
- Understand basic data types
- Understand how API works
- Experience with both frontend (UI testing) and backend API testing
- Experience with performance testing / load testing
- Prior experience testing SaaS applications in the browser
- Prior experience testing both iOS and Android mobile apps
- Prior experience testing APIs
- Prior experience writing unit test cases
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Python
