Who are we looking for
Intently started as a sales-led company and still is but made a strategic decision to develop self-serve revenue and move towards switching to product led model.
As the Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will be responsible for creating a self-serve strategy. You have to focus on helping people understand the connectivity between the self-serve business and the sales-led revenue otherwise self serve can get the shaft. You will work alongside CPO, CGO and CTO to run product and growth experiments to identify a strong product-market fit and grow our ARR. You will own the strategy, roadmap and execution for part of the customer journey for self-serve product, as well as some of the tools that help enable the scaling of product-led growth across the organization (eg - experimentation tooling).
What you’ll be doing
- Design and conduct product and growth experiments to identify a strong product-market fit, and share those learnings across the company
- Build out the strategy for self-serve users (free & paid) in partnership with other Product Managers and Growth Marketing
- Collaborate with a product team of developers and product analysts to deliver high-quality experiences that lead to desired outcomes
- Partner with R&D to better understand what might drive the product values; be a subject matter expert on the topic
- Communicate the product roadmap and promote transparency across the company
- Facilitate and streamline competitive analysis by keeping Product and R&D aware of the latest competitor features
Your profile
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS products; web product preferred
- Experience working on a Growth team
- Previous experience running A/B tests
- Strong prioritization skills
- Proven track record of effective collaboration with product teams and cross-functionally
- Experience working in a high-growth 0→1 company with fast-paced decision-making processes
- Strong communicator & collaborator; excellent English written and verbal skills, proactive
- Insatiable curiosity
- Generalist with entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to work within GMT-4 to GMT+5
