What is the role of PM at Legionfarm? 🎯
As a Product Manager, you will decide the strategic direction of the user’s engagement flow. You will lead a team of engineers and designers to build products that make users love games even more.
More about tasks:
- Define and carry out the vision and strategy for Legionfarm's products and for the company's larger strategic initiatives. Align them with the company's goals, which will increase ARPU, take rate, MAU, and add new games to our service.
- Work with cross-functional product, engineering, design, and business teams and customer stakeholders to develop and drive a long-term roadmap;
- Set up processes and standards that will help the team and organization always come up with good results.
Our Candidate 🎮

You love games and have preferably spent more than 1000 hours playing multiplayer games;
- You are eager to develop your professional skills and support your teammates in this mindset;
- You consider working at a startup to be a huge advantage;
- You have already successfully worked for at least 4 years developing a modern digital product. It could be a marketplace, for instance, since we are creating one as well;
- You are good at people management and are ready to develop and raise new stars in your team;
- You are able to demonstrate that you can drive the strategy and execution of world-class products, especially business-to-consumer (B2C) products;
- You have proven experience of product growth that you can demonstrate;
- You have created your own a/b tests, and you can set the goals and measure the results.;
- If necessary - you can make SQL requests to find data;
- You have a strong product sense and an appreciation for user experience;
- And finally, you are available at UTC+3 working time.
