And this is why we need you: We are looking for our first Product Manager to join our team to help us create THE development platforms for teams.
What you'll be doing

Work directly with the CEO and CTO to define what the product organization will look like at Okteto.

Develop strategies for identifying the customer needs and business objectives our product, and its features will fulfill.

Interact with our customers and community to continuously validate and improve the product and our product development goals.

Champion experimentation internally – help us build an engineering culture that uses experimentation and measurement to build great software.

Define key success measures for our products, with direct and indirect revenue impact, for the business' performance and drive relentless focus towards helping achieve them.

Take an active role in defining our future roadmap and product vision.

Partner with Engineering and Marketing during the entire feature lifecycle.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering leadership to define KPIs, Metrics, and Deliverables

A good fit

You're comfortable working with a remote team.

You have experience interviewing customers and translating their requirements to features.
