SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join our growing team as we scale from dozens of well known customers to thousands. We’re a small, well-funded, startup backed by Y-Combinator, Foundation Capital, Global Founders Capital, and SoftBank based in Palo Alto, CA. Come help us build a new way for retailers to connect and sell to their customers!
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Be a strategic partner in defining and creating the vision and design of the end-to-end customer experience for SaaS.
- Partner with the core team to define and drive product strategy.
- Work across all facets of design: research, wireframing, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years experience in product design and UX /interaction design.
- Deep understanding of the user-centered design process, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time, delivering on time, with high quality, and in a self-directed manner.
- Design and lead user interviews /focus groups in partnership with customer success.
- You possess a persistently positive attitude, an insatiable hunger for growth, and a tireless drive to succeed.
- Experience launching in a fast-paced product organization where your solutions led to quantifiable improvements.
