Design at Eden
We are growing our Eden design team and adding the first senior level role to our team! This role will have significant influence and leadership opportunities, including owning and improving our design system. Your work will have an immediate impact on our customers as you work on a variety of products, building new products and iterating on existing. There are two other product designers on the team who you will work closely with. This role reports to the Head of Product and Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be a member of the product team where you'll have the opportunity to shape and influence the design culture and brand
Collaborate closely with Product Leadership and other stakeholders to define product goals and contribute to the overall direction of your product area
Turn broad, conceptual ideas into something useful and valuable for our users
Develop storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Own entire product cycle from researching, wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mocks
Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure a high-quality implementation
Give and solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team, in order to improve design processes and quality
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
4+ years of experience designing & shipping products and working with product teams
Proven track record of designing completely new experiences and end-to-end features
History of leading discovery and ideation and aligning the group around a vision and approach
Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation with minimal guidance and ambiguity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A love of learning and desire to grow
Low ego, collaborative, and open minded
Strong portfolio showcasing your past work and design process
