While still in school, those who start young will be ahead of everyone by the time they get into college. They will be creators of the future. Learning to code at a young age will inspire more kids, including girls, to take up Computer Science as a major when entering college. Today, schools and traditional education systems are not equipped to provide the right coding education to children. Codingal is here to change that and empower every student with the tools, content, and live coding classes to start learning to code and build anything they can imagine.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is passionate about this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and own all the paid channels to generate a continuous lead funnel.
- Expert in handling Google adwords, Facebook ads, Youtube ads, Paid campaign, Remarketing, Video marketing, - Linkedin and other channels
- Should have handled monthly budget of at least INR 50 lakhs
- Responsible for handling all the Codingal social channels
- Plan and deliver lead generation campaigns for India, US & select international geographies
- Responsible for monthly acquisition targets for Codingal
- Optimise landing pages for mobile and desktop
- Come up with interesting insights to create a pipeline of marketing campaigns
- Build a monthly/quarterly roadmap of marketing content along with Content and Brand team
- Collaborate and work closely with the business development team to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Strategize and execute offline events
- Plan, monitor, maintain & report monthly marketing budgets and data
- Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines
- Keep a close watch on competition. Share best practices with the team
So, who is a good fit for the role:
- Someone who has hands-on knowledge of all paid marketing channels and an expert in running paid campaigns. - Knowledge of Google adwords is a must
- Someone with at least 4 years of experience working on performance marketing
- He/she should be a growth hacker with a strong analytical bent
- Unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the pace of the business and the team.
Compensation: 12L to 20L (based on experience) + stock options.
