Senior People Operations Manager
We are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to help scale our HR systems, programs and processes to provide a world-class employee experience. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the People Operations function is strategic, innovative, and data-driven, allowing us to make smart people decisions across the organization. As our Senior People Operations Manager, you will have a front row seat and a direct impact on the next phase of our growth responsible for our People systems and tools, defining and implementing our processes, as well as working closely with People & Talent leaders on critical growth initiatives.
Role:
- Optimize and maintain all people technology systems and tools for HRIS, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, automation and data flow.
- Build sustainable processes that empower our employees and managers while also maintaining an excellent employee experience when navigating internal HR systems & processes.
- Design and implement key people programs that include and are not limited to Employee Experience, Performance Management, and People Analytics.
- Help conceive and implement Inclusion & Diversity initiatives that make Astranis an inclusive and better place for everybody to work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of six years of progressive startup people ops/HR experience and two years as a leader.
- Building and ownership of multiple people operations functions and a successful program.
- Proven track record in implementing and scaling HR processes, operations, and systems.
- Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics.
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat.
- Proficiency in Human Resource practices and California employment law, federal laws and regulations.
Bonus:
- Experience implementing a new HRIS end to end. If you were the internal champion, another huge plus!
- You have experience working in and developing processes in a growth environment.
- You are excited about navigating a hyper-growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
