ReleaseHub is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team focused on making app dev teams more productive through Environments as a Service. This is a full-time position with benefits, and it is fully remote within North America.
As a growth-focused Marketing Manager at Release, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive top-of-funnel user acquisition and engagement for our product. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for growth, and you will develop and implement strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. And as an early-stage member of the Release team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our company as we move to the next level of growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute outbound marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement, including email marketing, paid and earned social media marketing, and content marketing and syndication
- Develop and implement a marketing plan that supports our aggressive growth plan for our business
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends and customer feedback
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify and implement messages that are tailored to our customer personas
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to growth
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing and/or campaign management, preferably in a startup/hypergrowth B2B software company
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud-native app development teams and technologies (IDEs, CI/CD, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering) is a plus
